لسنا وكالة سفر. نحن نخطط لك وأنت تحجز بنفسك من الروابط الموجودة في الخطة، فتبقى الحجوزات باسمك وتحت تحكمك. وفي باقة VIP نساعدك في الحجز خطوة بخطوة.
الأسعار تقديرية ودقيقة وقت إعداد الخطة، لكن أسعار الطيران والفنادق تتغير يوميا. لذلك ننصحك بالحجز خلال أيام قليلة من استلام الخطة، ونترك دائما جزءا من الميزانية احتياطيا للطوارئ.
لا نرفض أي ميزانية. إذا كانت لا تكفي للوجهة التي تريدها، نقترح عليك أقرب خيار مشابه، ونوضح لك المبلغ الإضافي اللازم، أو نقترح تعديلات مثل تقليل عدد الليالي أو السفر خارج الموسم.

نفرّق بين أمرين:
التصحيح: إذا لم تلتزم الخطة بطلبك الأصلي، مثل تجاوز ميزانيتك أو تجاهل تفضيلاتك أو وجود معلومة خاطئة، نصحّحها مجانا في كل الباقات، خلال 7 أيام من التسليم.
التعديل: إذا كانت الخطة مطابقة لطلبك وأردت أفكارا جديدة، مثل وجهة أخرى أو ميزانية أو مواعيد مختلفة، فهذا تعديل: برسوم بسيطة في الباقة الأساسية، ومرة مجانية في الباقة المميزة، وبلا حدود في باقة VIP.
بعد استلام طلبك نتواصل معك على الواتساب، ونرسل لك رابط الدفع أو تفاصيل التحويل. نبدأ العمل على خطتك بعد تأكيد الدفع.
إذا غيّرت رأيك قبل أن نبدأ العمل على خطتك، نعيد لك المبلغ كاملا.
وبعد التسليم، إذا لم تلتزم الخطة بطلبك الأصلي، نصحّحها لك مجانا حتى تطابقه. أما طلب أفكار أو وجهات مختلفة عن طلبك فيُحسب تعديلا حسب باقتك.
وإذا تأخرنا عن موعد التسليم المتفق عليه، نعيد لك المبلغ كاملا.

You fill in the form with your budget and trip details, and your request reaches us on WhatsApp. We search and compare flights, hotels and activities, then send your plan as a ready PDF on WhatsApp, and to your email if you added one, with the suggested destinations, budget split, daily schedule and booking links.
We’re not a travel agency. We plan, and you book yourself through the links in your plan, so every booking stays in your name and under your control. With VIP, we help you book step by step.
Prices are accurate estimates at the time we prepare your plan, but flight and hotel prices change daily. That’s why we recommend booking within a few days of receiving it, and we always keep part of the budget as an emergency buffer.
We don’t turn any budget away. If it isn’t enough for the destination you want, we suggest the closest similar option, show you how much more you’d need, or suggest changes like fewer nights or travelling off-season.
Within 48 hours on Basic, 24 to 48 hours on Premium, and within 24 hours on VIP, counted from when your order and payment are confirmed.
Yes. We ask for your nationality in the form and consider visa requirements when choosing destinations. Premium and VIP plans include a full page on the documents needed and how to apply.
We separate two things:
Corrections: if the plan doesn’t match your original request, for example it goes over budget, misses your preferences or has wrong information, we correct it for free on every plan, within 7 days of delivery.
Revisions: if the plan matches your request and you’d like new ideas, such as another destination, budget or dates, that’s a revision: a small fee on Basic, one free revision on Premium, and unlimited on VIP.
Once we receive your request, we contact you on WhatsApp and send a payment link or transfer details. We start on your plan once payment is confirmed.
If you change your mind before we start working on your plan, you get a full refund.
After delivery, if the plan doesn’t match your original request, we correct it for free until it does. Asking for different ideas or destinations counts as a revision under your plan.
If we miss the agreed delivery time, you get a full refund.
